Description:

Background color of "Released for" column depends on how difficult to load the game on retro console.
Amiga and ZX Spectrum games can be loaded on CD32+FDD. (Details for Amiga games and ZX Spectrum games)
GBA & MSX1 games, SMS freeware and snapshot file of ZX Spectrum 48k can be loaded on SNES+AD Adapter(White version). (Details)
Except them, we have to use the console which the game was originally designed for.

"R.Rank" = recommendation degree for gamers who have already played "Sub-Terrania", the most famous title of this genre.
They were mainly determined by their graphics.
  A:  Highly recommended.
  B:  Recommended.
C:  We won't stop you if you're interested in classic "Thrust" game rather than "Sub-Terrania".
D:  Not recommended unless you want to challenge the game for its difficulty.

Background color of "R.Rank" column depends on the control method.

: You can thrust by pressing a button of your joypad originally.

: You can thrust by pressing a button of your joypad after you defined keys by using "joy2key2" or "ZXAdvance", etc

: If you use Amiga keyboard, you can rotate by your left finger and thrust by your right finger.

: You are forced to press "up" of directional pad to thrust.
Or, you cannot thrust by your right finger even if you can select keyboard control.

Generally we will be confused easily while our characters face downward.
So if you've played "Sub-Terrania" with defining a button of joypad about thrust,
we can't recommend you to play titles that have yellow colored "R.Rank" cells.
In other words, you will waste time because you have to get used to such controls every time.
So it would be efficient to focus on only those titles for a short time.

"Difficulty for:" It is the difficulty as default setting (a.k.a. Normal mode / the 1st round) with neither cheats nor saving game state.
Beginner: It's much easier than "Sub-Terrania".
Fan: It's little easier / harder than "Sub-Terrania".
Advanced players: It's obviously harder than "Sub-Terrania". So it recommend you to complete all 9 levels of "Sub-Terrania" once.
Expert: Very difficult games. It requires tons of practice even if you could beat titles for "Advanced players".
ESP:  It's nearly impossible to complete the game for normal human beings. If you think you're the chosen one, GO AHEAD !!
GOD: Even ESP cannot beat the game. Only GOD can beat the game.

"NTSC Consoles" = Whether the game are compatible with NTSC console, or not.(CD32, SNES, ...etc.)
Exclusive: It doesn't load the game on PAL console. (The game was designed for only NTSC system.)
Fine: No problem. The game is compatible with NTSC, too.
Ok: It's possible to load the game on NTSC, however, the gaming screen's size doesn't fit for NTSC television.
Ok( G ): It still causes graphical glitches (mainly the title screen). No problem with playing the game itself.
Ok( F ): It can load the game itself, however, it causes fatal issues at NTSC, so you should choose "PAL" at the "Early Startup Control" screen.
PAL mode: It can load the game after you choose "PAL" at the "Early Startup Control" screen.
Degrader: Use Degrader (choose both "50Hz" & "50HzSystem"). ABD becomes Lv.3 at least for NTSC console users.
Uncompatible: It doesn't load the game on NTSC console even if you use "Early Startup Control" or Degrader.

===================================================================================
Exclusion:
1. Following Atari ST titles can't be loaded on CD32+FDD, so they're not be listed.
    "Grav2"(1992), "Oids"(Original ST version, 1987), "Thrust"(ST port, 1989), "Utopos"(1995)
2. Following Amiga titles never work on 020 system, so they would not be listed until anyone complete WHDLoad slaves.
    "Baum"(1992), "Discovery"(Computec, coverdisk)
3. If the game are "WIP" state at the very early level, it is hard to be listed.
     e.g. "GB-Lander"(GBC freeware)
4. Following game are not listed yet because I don't have enough information (not tested).
    "Mega Squad"(Amiga in 1993) & "Space Cleaner Too"(Amiga)
5. We never list Windows / modern consoles/smart phones titles even if they're well-done freeware.
It is because we are only interested in games that we can play on our retro consoles.
If you're OK even if you cannot play the game on your retro consoles, don't miss out.
     e.g. "Gravitus Minus"(2016)
