The Curse of White Dragon

Author:
Kurasan
Release:
"Micom Basic Magazine" Aug. 1988 Issue
Space: Attack
"0"~"9" keys and Return key are also used at the title screen or the shop menu screen.

The game:

One day, a man was cursed.
At that time, an underground dungeon was discovered in the country and many warriors were challenging it.
Rumor had it that a white dragon was there.
That man thought, "That white dragon must have put a curse on me!"
Fortunately he was blessed with children, so even if he died, his children would take revenge on the white dragon.

Original version:

Correct the author's typos in the lines below.
Particular attention should be paid when typing the line #2560. The author's typos were also there.

Each checksum is as follows (using version 3.1 coded by the "MSX•FAN" team).

Sorry if there are any typos, however, I have tested my data, including the ending.

My suggestions for English version:

Tips:

• There are 18 holy orbs in the dungeon, and every 3, 9, or 18 orbs you got, the seal that blocks the way disappears.
• There are also secret passages.
• There is a town at the northwest end of the dungeon where you can buy HP, swords, and shields. Enter 0 to cancel.
• The meter at the bottom of the battle screen determines whether the focus is on attack or defense in your latest turn.
• When encountering a new type of enemy, it may take about 30 seconds to load its data.

Joystick support:

"STICK(0)" is found in the lines #240 and #790.
"STRIG(0)" is found in the lines #260 and #760. The quickest way is to simply replace each "0" with "1".

By the modifications described so far, each checksum changes as follows (using version 3.1 coded by the "MSX•FAN" team).
   240> IrV0,     260> XfC0,    730> cQD0,    760> SqR0,     770> cQD0,     790> lw01,
1110> PSd0,   1150> rM03,   1160> pJi4,   1170> OWd4,   1520>KbJ0,    2560> 6P2C
