Guardian Angel

Press both of two buttons of your mouse while you boot your CD32 console,
Then select "Original" and "Disable CPU Caches" at Early Startup Control menu.
You must press F4 at the menu screen to start the game, though.

This "Angel" was originally named "Freddy Hardest In South Manhattan"
and released in Spain.
When it was released in other countries, title name was changed.
In short, this game is crappy "Vigilante" clone with ridiculous difficulty.
Actually you have no choice if once you're surrounded by bunch of enemies.

On the other hand, this "Angel" has "softness" for players.
You can get an extra life every you gain 150,000 points.
Your HP is healed automatically as time passes.
So, you can complete the game if you gain much more points.
To do so, you have to find a safe place where enemies appear from only one side.
It is possible to beat the game on real console (=without save states). I'll show how to do.

In the 1st level, find the place where enemies appears from the right only.
You must stay there and defeat enemies to infinity until you gain 600,000 points.
Your lives would become "9".
It would take 7 minutes per 150,000 points (=1 life). 7x(9-5)= 28 minutes in total.

If you are killed by a red forklift vehicle,
you must stay there and defeat enemies until you gain 1 extra life.
It would take 10 minutes to gain 150,000 points (=1 life).
After your lives become "9" again, go ahead.

In the third level, stay the right of red forklift vehicle.
No enemies would appear from the side of the forklift vehicle. Perhaps your lives would have become "1" ~ "2".
You must stay there and defeat enemies to infinity until your lives become "8" at least.
It would take 12 minutes per 150,000 points (=1 life).
If your lives are "1" at that time, it would take 12x(8-1)= 84 minutes at least.
(After you gained 999,999 points and the counter returns to 0 point,
you must gain 50,000 points to get an extra life. When the counter becomes "200,000", you'll get next extra life.)

As a rough guide, it would take 3+28+1+10+3+84+3 = 132 minutes.
In other words, you will take more than 2 hours and be able to complete the game even if your control is somewhat poor.

Fallen Angel

ABD=Lv.1
Press both of two buttons of your mouse while you boot your CD32 console,
Then select "Original" and "Disable CPU Caches" at Early Startup Control menu.

This "Angel" is really ridiculous. It doesn't have the softness another "Angel" has.
You can't get any extra lives even if you gain high score.
Your HP won't be healed even if time passes.
In addition, some features make the game nearly impossible to complete.

This "Angel" has the same "cons" which another "Angel" has.
You have no choice if once you are surrounded by bunch of enemies.
To make matters worse, enemies' HPs are higher.
As you reach later levels, the number of enemies appears the same time would increase up to 4.
Your HP is not enough to complete all 3 episodes.
Each episode consists of 8 levels. You will start from the 1st level, and the boss enemy awaits at the 8th level.
After you complete the 1st level, you must choose 1 level from remaining 6 levels.
All you have to do to meet the boss enemy is searching for a ticket.
The matter is we don't know which level the ticket is.
For example, see the Longplay video uploaded by "Iron Claw" at Youtube, you can see the ticket in "Finchiley Central".
However, actually you may or may not find the ticket in that level.
If you couldn't find the ticket, you have to enter another level after you complete current level.
It isn't strange that all your 3 lives run out before you see even the first boss enemy.
