	It is very famous website which has database and forum related to ZX Spectrum. You can download freeware and many commercial games which has allowed to be distribute freely. If you download a title which you cannot find a source about permission, it would become illegal. If you search information of newer freeware,search at its forum ("Brand new software" section).
